I teach a gentle , slower style of yoga with lots of variations for all bodies . I am drawn to the tantric lineage of yoga so I do like to weave a little mudra ( hand gesture) mantra and breathing practices into my classes as yoga movement (asana) is just 1 part of yoga but of course everything in my class is an invitation . You do as little as you want .
My classes are suitable particularly for those newer yogis , those recovering from illness ot injury or just those who want a slow mindful class with a little humour injected! I dont take life too seriously but I love yoga and wish to share that love and the benefits of it to everyone I meet!
