How a regular practice of just a few minutes a day can literally change your mindset, productivity, ability to self regulate and deal calmly with life's issues.
I will show you how to prepare for meditation. the different ways to sit , breathing practices that go hand in hand with meditation and then we meditate!
We break for tea and snacks and chat and afterwards Ill send you home with practical tools and a sleep nidra video for extra relaxation time!
