Hello , I'm  Sarah , a local  light hearted  Yoga teacher and Astrologer  in Bedford  England and I love sharing Yoga and Astrology with students. I run Yoga  classes in Bedford and offer Astrology Readings for those who love to learn their soul's purpose this lifetime!

Yoga

 I discovered Yoga at aged 40 and loved it so much  I trained to be a teacher. My passion is to make yoga available and accessible to all bodies - You are never too old to start and what ever is going on with you and your body YOU are welcome at my classes .

I teach  yoga in classes in Bedford , Bedfordshire and specialise in Adaptive Yoga, Yin Yoga classes , hatha Yoga,  Restorative Yoga and Chair yoga classes in Bedford and I  also love the spiritual side too so get ready to step into the amazing world of Yoga.

 Astrology Readings 

 How the planets at our time of birth affect us and yes  we can look to those details for guidance in our lives ! 

Using the time , date and place of your birth we will look at your Soul's Blueprint or Astrology natal  birth chart reading and learn more about what you came here to be! 

We look at where there is ease and natural flow and where challenges may lie.

Astrology is a highly effective tool in navigating life . your reading will be 90 minutes long and Via Zoom for your absolute convenience or if you are local to Bedford we can do this in person over a cup of tea ! 

There is plenty of time for questions and you will be sent a recording of the reading afterwards so you can replay at any time.

I also offer  Little  Human Readings for your special little one or as a gift to a new parent . The reading is a guide to the Rising, Sun and Moon sign  with Path of Fortune and Juno placement for this special soul's future .
