I'm Sarah , a local Yoga teacher in Bedford , England and I love bringing yoga to everyone I meet . I really believe yoga is a tool that everyone can use in everyday life ! Not just the physical movement but as a way of living and when I say everyone , I mean that !

I offer classes for all bodies with lots of variations and options for the body you are in today and my classes are deliberately small and friendly. I dont take life too seriously and we have fun in class !

I run Beginners courses regularly which are a block of 4 weeks where we learn a little about yoga - practice the fundamental poses of yoga and have fun! Next 4 week course starts Wednesday 4th September 715pm - 815pm and runs for 4 weeks !

Passionate about Inclusive Yoga

I started yoga at the end of 40 and found the benefits gradually trickled into everyday life at a time where my life was pretty chaotic,

Yoga helped me be a more peaceful person and has so many benefits that i trained as a teacher in 2022 so I could share the gifts of yoga with everyone .

I feel really drawn to sharing yoga with people who think they cant do yoga as YES you can . whatever body you are living in - I can help you enjoy the style of yoga that suits you !
