Hello , I'm  Sarah , a local  light hearted  Yoga teacher and astrology student  in Bedford  England and I love sharing Yoga and Astrology with students.

Firstly Yoga ! I discovered Yoga at aged 40 and loved it so much  I trained to be a teacher. My passion is to make yoga available and accessible to all bodies - You are never too old to start and what ever is going on with you and your body YOU are welcome at my classes .

Lately I have fallen in love with the science of Astrology , how the planets at our time of birth affect us and how we can look to those details for guidance in our lives ! I am studying to be  qualified in this and will be offering Birth chart Readings soon my loves!

In the meantime expect Moon themed classes with astrology sprinkled in to classes!
